The U.S. Healthcare industry is struggling to find smart, reliable team members to support the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective care. ELEOS is a healthcare solutions company looking for dedicated people that want to learn new skills and start a new career. Each of the US companies ELEOS works with has a different set of staffing needs. We work with each company to understand their workforce gaps and then look to our pool of candidates to find the best match for both the employee and the company.
The roles listed in this document are a high-level overview of work that is done in the US healthcare system. There are two sections: 1)Business and Administration Roles, and 2) Clinical and Value-based Roles. These are just a sample of potential roles. Once you are matched up to a client you will receive a more detailed job description.
Business roles involve working with patients to register them in the electronic system, find the best appointment time that meets their needs, verify their insurance and benefits and document them in the electronic chart, manage referrals to specialist or testing facilities, obtain prior authorizations and follow up on all patients to ensure they have received the most comprehensive care possible.
Clinical and Value-based care roles are for people with a degree in a healthcare field, such as nutrition, pharmacy, medicine, etc. These roles play a vital role in working with the US healthcare team to prepare the chart for appointments, documentation of visit notes, ordering tests and referrals, identification and closure of care gaps, managing chronic conditions, medication adherence, and follow-ups after a hospitalization or emergency room visit.
We will work with you to understand your education, experience and career goals and find the best fit for our US companies and for you. We look forward to having you join the ELEOS team! Together, we will transform the US healthcare system.

Chronic Care Management (CCM) services are generally non-face-to-face services provided to Medicare patients who have multiple chronic conditions expected to last at least 12 months. Patients are contacted on a regular basis to check in to provide continuous support to the patient to help prevent complications.

One day of March 2022 I started a work relationship
with Eleos Staffing. I hadn't heard of it before, but my
son who was by that time in training with them,
recommended me to apply for a position. Before Eleos I
was working as a Medical Interpreter.
Working with Eleos has been a whole new experience.
It has allowed me to develop some very useful skills in the Medical Customer
Service area, and it gave me the opportunity to continue WFH (which I
appreciate so much).
Thank you!
